When can I expect to
see results? |
If you
follow the program, you will love the results. The key is consistency.
If youre consistent with your workouts and adhere to the ongoing
nutritional information in the Win-in-10 meal plan, you will get results
faster than you thought possible. Mari Winsor believes in a statement
once said by Joseph Pilates, "after 10 sessions youll feel
a difference, 20 sessions youll see a difference and 30 sessions
everyone will see a difference."

Can I follow this program
if Im pregnant? |
You must
check with your personal physician before doing any type of exercise
while pregnant. Then if you decide to use these videos while pregnant,
Mari recommends that you follow the "modifier" in each video.
"The modifier" is doing the exercises at an easier level.
Be careful and always stop immediately if theres any discomfort.
But remember to talk to your doctor first before you start this program.

if Im very overweight (obese)? If so, when could I expect
to see results? |
Yes, But if you have concerns about your health and/or are very overweight,
you should consult your doctor before you start this program. Then
try the Win-in-10 meal plan for a few weeks and then start on the
program. Also, start to get aerobic exercise by walking to burn extra
calories. Begin with the Basic video and once you start to feel comfortable
and have lost some weight, then start on the 20 Minute Workout video.
